Strange Train - ㄚ 卂 几 ㄚ ㄩ - character concept

Project still in progress. It is not a video game project per se but more of an excuse to allow myself to try out things related to video game.

This is meant to be an antagonist character for a fictional 2D (or 2D-3D) video game/mixed media concept.
